At first, Go to Local Disk C > Windows > System32 > SPP > Store > 2.0. Here, C is the system drive where you have installed Windows. If you installed on another drive, go there instead of C.

There, You will find a file name tokens.dat. You have to rename it to something like tokens.dat.bak or anything else. You also can delete it, but I don’t suggest to do such thing.
